Final Corridor D project to be bid

PARKERSBURG - The final contract for Corridor D in the city will be bid July 12. Gov. Joe Manchin made the announcement Wednesday. "This project will provide paving to tie the last of the four-lane highway into the Blennerhassett Bridge over the Ohio River," Manchin said in a news release.
